​Many international professionals are capable, experienced, and motivated. But when it comes to finding work in the Netherlands, something doesn’t always translate.

​Applications don’t lead to interviews.

Conversations don’t move forward.

Feedback stays vague or doesn’t come at all.

​This is what we call the visibility gap.

​It’s not about having more skills. It’s about how your experience is understood in a different context.

​This session is practical and focused. We will actively work on your profile during the session.
